Postage is Free within the UK - if you are ordering from abroad, please contact us for a quotation. Brown Cow Company currently uses Royal Mail.

If your garment is in stock please allow 3 days for Delivery. If not and your order requires making-up please add a Further 5 days - this also applies to garments that are in our Special Orders Range.

Returns and Refunds

We truly hope you are delighted with your purchase. However if you wish to return your item(s) to us, we hope to make this as easy as possible for you and please feel free to contact us if you are experiencing problems.

Returns must be made within 28 days. All goods will be inspected on their return. Any items returned worn, odoured, stained with perfume, make-up or deodorant, washed or handled inappropriately will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

When you receive your item it will contain a step by step guide for it’s return. Please re-use the original packaging and tape this securely and send to:-

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and please allow 2 weeks for your funds to be returned.

We will retain your card details for 28 days after your purchase should a refund be necessary, after which time the details will be deleted.
